So that, we attempts to construe the factor of holding back development of Private Investment with relevant knowledge, and put forward corresponding policy according to actual conditions of our country.This paper, taking develops private investment as the thread, illustrates background, purpose and significance of this research, and introduces the relevant concepts and gives a refined definition about nonstandard concepts. And then on basic of concluding the feature of private investment right now, and analysizing the significance of private investment, we try to illustrate computational method of private investment. Comparing with financial situation of our country, we study on our developing scale and present situation of private investment through presenting the course of the private investment and flexible application of different investment theory At the present time, with showing a tendency to increasing in number and taking a very important proportion in amount that increase percent of private investment and economic situation linked by a very close relationship. A series of problems is presented, like irrational direction of private investment, humdrum of investment way, unbalanced development of regional economy, low returns to investment, and so on. This paper reflect contribution of private investment in propel the economy forward as by building mathematical model and means of mathematical statistics. On basic of researching subjective and objective factors of the policy and market of blocking private investment and the self-private investment, we have a conclusion about problems. For the moment, private investment faced many obstacles, such as, unfair fiscal policy, unsmooth private financing channels, limited market access and unfavorable protection. What's more, there are many self-problems and shortcomings in governance structure, corporate culture and entrepreneurial spirit. At the end of paper proposed relative policy suggestions for problems of private investment by integrated theory with practice, such as, making some efficacious proposition about taxation and financing environment of private investment, widening market access, improving the framework of laws and rules, strengthening government guidance and improving internal management, and so on.
