Motivation is a psychological processing of motivate human being's behavior. Motivation is a management method. In management practice, motivate can be comprehensive as to create every kinds of conditions to satisfied the employees, to motivate their incentive and promote them create a certain behavior to realize the organization's target. What is human's needed, what is human's most needed? This is the basic view point of Maslow's need hierarchy theory. People have their never satisfied needs; they will try very hard to realize it when they have these needs. Behavioral science shows that motivation could motivate human's incentive eagerly to promote their inner heart to be success, and make people strive very hard along with their expectation target.Compare with those has much longer history state own enterprises, Sanming Tobacco Company was established no more than 3 decades. The motivation of its'human resource was only in its'initiative stage. In recent years, under the circumstance of the information of Tobacco Industry, Sanming Tobacco Company has done its'best in human resource motivation. Such as establish the different employees'payment system, alter motivation from mainly base on executive promotion into focus on professional and skill valuation incentive. Since the progressive of the society and development of tobacco industry and concern the diversify needs of the employees, there were some problems about human resource motivation in Sanming Tobacco Company,including the insignificant awareness of motivation, simplicity of its'motivation method, imperfect motivation mechanism, and so on.Based on respected value of the human resource, I am here by systematically integrate the human resource motivate method by using the research theory of motivation from home and abroad, and combine with the management practice of Sanming Tobacco Company. The most important contribution of this thesis is creatively illustrated the career developed motivation system and analyst it's regulation, method. It would great benefit motivation practice of the Sanming Tobacco Company and maybe even impact the whole tobacco industry as well as enrichment the motivation theory either.
