Research On The Optimal Contract Of Logistics Financial Service Based On Inventory Pledge Loan

There are many small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Because most of their assets are current assets and fixed assets used to mortgage are so little, The financing difficulties hindered the development of small and medium-sized enterprises seriously. Since we accessed into WTO, the domestic and foreign financial institutions increased continuously, profits in bank severely constrained. The rapid development of domestic logistics industry aggravates the profit of the traditional logistics business.Logistics finance service relating the three parties together,with its high value-added, has become the new profit source.Logistics finance has become financial and logistics academic research hotspot. Many scholars did their qualitative research. Quantificational research can rarely be seen.Because of quantitative research lags behind, the logistics financial services promotion is restricted. How to increase overall earning and control risk is particularly important. Based on this kind of situation and the analysis of existing logistics financial model,we explore method to solve logistics financial services of pricing in question .Participants in the logistics finance service are divide into two sides,one is the ones who provide the service-banks and logistics companies who lend the money,the other is ones who receive the service-the companies who borrow the money. This paper make a summarize of logistics finance at first, then take the participants'cost and benefits into consideration to obtain the goal function.Both sides'benefits would be discussed under the variable of loan rate,the loan rate where service provider'benefit is maximized will be found. Substitute rate will also be calculated.Finally the effective of the model of optimal contract is discussed in theory through game analysis.With the case study in inventory pledge loan logistics finance model, this paper discusses the two models under the given parameters and tries to find the numerical solution.Then this paper will compare the advantages and disadvantages of different contractual model and give some advice to the logistics finance participants.
