Recently China's telecom industry develops at a high speed. Retaining customers and keeping strength is the strategic focus of telecom operators. Whether today or in the future, telecom operators' main task is to improve customer satisfaction (CS) and customer loyalty (CL).So it's important to do some research on customer satisfaction (CS).In this essay, the core is the strategy to enhance customer loyalty in Shihezi Department Of China Mobile.Firstly, it analyzes the necessity and ugency of research on telecom's customer satisfaction.Secondly, it makes summary of customer satisfaction theory, With the status of customer loyalty and market demand to make qualitative and quantitative analysis.Thirdly' it makes Analysis of market conditions of Shihezi Department h Of China Mobile.And Clearly the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Mobile Customer Loyalty System in Shihezi.Then, it elaborates the design ideology to enhance customer loyalty of Shihezi Department Of China Mobile, and make Solutions to achieve it.In this essay, we use the method of references and theory comparison to make a full range of research, and we also use the method Combined with the qualitative and quantitative research to enhance customer loyalty.
