Over the years ,China pay more attention to industrial logistics rather thanagricultural logistics.The industrial logistics accounted more than ninety percent oftotal social logistics costs per year,but agricultural products logistics accounted lessthan five percent of total social logistics costs. Agricultural products closely linkedliving, in recent years, some philosophy like Food Safety, Green Logistics and so ongrow rapidly.Our government pay more attention to rural issues, construction of newcountryside, circulation of agricultural products and so on. Agricultural productslogistics as the most important safeguards of agricultural.Increasing the efficiency andbenefit of agricultural products logistics is more important for protecting theagricultural products circulation and reducing the gap between urban and rural.There is no mountain and sea,laking resources in Hengshui City. Until TenthFive-Year Plan,there is no large projects and industry in Hengshui,but thedevelopment agricultural industrialization is faster in Hengshui.Facing the natural andhistorical reasons in Hengshui, Hengshui government proposed developing servicesindustry. Their goal is to be the agricultural logistics center in southeastern of HebeiProvince.There are several agricultural products logistics park and in Hengshui City.Various resources can be gathered in Hengshui by making accurate strategicpositioning.And they can accelerate the social and economic development.In this paper, firstly, the author discuss the study and development of agriculturalproducts logistics industry at home and abroad,then the author introduce thedevelopment of agricultural products logistics in Hengshui city.Secondly, the authoruse principal component analysis, compare the internal and external about agriculturalproducts logistics industry in Hengshui City .The author also analysis the factorsabout agricultural products logistics. Finally,the author ues the theory of OperationsResearch and Economics,raising some recommendations for the development ofagricultural products logistics industry in Hengshui City.
