Facing the competition which is more furious day by day, how to reduce the lost caused by redundant transportation ability while still keeps the present market share becomes a hot research target for every airline. The research on customer's needs and order behavior not only provides resources for Eastern airlines-Wuhan branch's further step to make strategy, meanwhile it also helps other companies to deal with surplus tickets, it even can provide sound resources to make discount policies.Beginning with the background and target of this system, the paper elaborately analyzed the tickets order records, after that the evaluation about application effect of the system was made according to the analysis results, meanwhile suggestions about how to improve the system was also proposed. Firstly, from the aspect of statistics, personal performance, order behavior and demand of customers were analyzed according to the comparison about statistic data of the whole industry in the same time; Then K-means algorithm with an ant colony optimization was used, from this algorithm the travel purposes were classified into several categories. Each category's characteristics were analyzed, with this information under what situation the customer will choose this system were figured out; At last, customers'personal performance and order behavior in respective category were analyzed, according to what, suggestions about further measurement of aviation enterprises were proposed.
