Since the reform and open to the outside world, the bank industry of our country has developed rapidly. The amount of commercial banks and their net-spots are also increasing, and the regional banks are established continuously. In recent years, the national commercial banks of our country have entirely completed their shareholding reform, adding that the postal savings was separated and founded the postal savings bank, and the credit cooperatives are going to carry on the business of a bank steply. All of this are making the survival environment of our country's commercial banks more difficult and crueler. And the market situation of commercial banks is also faced on un-precedent changes.In addition, the global financial crisis erupted in 2008 also caused certain impact on the finance of our country. Therefore, in the present new situation of after-financial crisis, researching and analyzing the marketing strategies of our country's commercial banks, will have important effect on the long-term development of our country's commercial banks.Huimin county is a county in our BinZhou City in ShanDong Province. In recent years, the banking business in this county has been pushed greatly, and the market is also spreaded. In this paper, via comprehensive analysis on the current situation of the Agriculture Bank of China in Huimin county, we finds the problems and drawbacks that exist in Huimin county. This paper uses the SWOT analysis method to make sufficient analysis on commercial banks'strengths and weaknesses in marketing field of Huimin county, and on the opportunities and threatens under the internal and external environment that the commercial banks in Huimin county are faced on. Finally, we concludes the marketing strategies and improving measures that widely apply to this county's commercial banks in the new situation. Thus we conduct the marketing activities of this county's commercial banks effectively, and promote their competitiveness in the international market. At the same time, this paper also has important and significant meanings to the development of bank marketing businesses of the commercial banks in other cities.
