Study On The Land Evaluation Index System Based On The Rough Set Theory

Land evaluation is an important means of the land use planning and rational utilization of land.With the end of the second national land survey, overall land use planning at all levels to complete as well as the national "complete picture" project, the basic data of and resources increasingly enrich and perfect, how to use the existing land resources and guide the land use management is a new topic to land workers.Basic information on effective land use must be accurate and effective assessment, land evaluation and land survey of land resources as rational use of the intermediate links. In land evaluation, evaluation index systems in comprehensive evaluation of construction is one of the key links, but are not yet formed a set of standard index system and the method of universal screening index. Establish index system is unilateral, unreasonable structure and indicators such as large redundancy problems affecting the authenticity of land evaluation results. Based on this, the paper introduce the rough set theory attribute reduction principle constructing land evaluation index system, the evaluation index system for the selection of land to provide a new method.Based on rural residential consolidation potential evaluation for example, rough set theory for empirical research.Firstly, used the literature material method and grey clustering model constructing evaluation index system; Secondly, using dynamic to cluster algorithm of the c-means preliminary evaluation index system for discrimination processing; Again, using rough sets theory attribute reduction principle of index, screening definition and combining the results of correlation inspection compares the streamline degree of existing scholars, and the related researches on analysis.The result showed that: through attribute reduction could delete the property with the same resolution capability. The land evaluation system after reduction had a few attribute, and simplified number of indicators. Then attribute core reduction could identify the no relevant indicators, which made the evaluation system more rational. This method of attribute reduction by rough set evaluation index system for land to build could eliminate the redundancy index, enhance the operability and reliability, improve the efficiency of the evaluation and provide a new means and Way for land evaluation.
