A Study On Establishment Of Hitting Counterfeit And Inferior Goods Of Enterprises' Independent Brands Developing

The counterfeit and inferior phenomena is a prominent problem which influences the healthy development of market economic. The flood of counterfeit products influences the sustained and healthy development of national economy seriously .It is one of the serious problems and hidden trouble existing in the development of socialist economy. The issue has caused wide concern of the government, the enterprise and the consumer. Now in the development of independent brand, The fake and forged phenomena never stop because of the lack of consumer concept, the inadequate of enterprises action and the short of vigorous attack of government on counterfeiters relative to the huge profits brought by the counterfeit and inferior goods. It has become one of the most serious problems which affect the normal development of the enterprise and brand image. The lawbreakers embezzle trademark brand in many ways to get ill-gotten gains in spite of the legal interests of consumers, which puts the market competition into disorder and breaks the justice principle of market trades.Linking with Tianjin reality of hitting the counterfeit and inferior goods,this thesis is argued systematically the intension of the counterfeit and inferior goods, developing trends of hazard,producing reasons and controlling policies.Through building the'Chess Game Model'among enterprises and and using the'Information Asymmetry Theory',the reasons of occurring of the counterfeitand inferior goods are analysised in detail. And conder the way that the brands of enterprise is stolen and some success experiments,to mention the way to establish hitting counterfeit and inferior Goods on the progress of independent brands developing.The innovation of this thesis:Linking with Tianjin reality of hitting the counterfeit and inferior goods to define the counterfeit and inferior goods from several aspects and to point its character and essence;to disclose the social and economic reasons through Externalities and Information Asymmetry theories;and linking the way some brands stolened,to analysis the work of hitting the vounterfeit,conclude the useful method of hitting the vounterfeit goods.
