The paper performs in the following areas:(1)The paper introduces the background of the research.(2)The paper discusses in detail the issues and research status of Dial-a-ride problem and vehicle routing problem, and elaborated with a wealth of charts to solve the vehicle routing problem and the Dial-a-ride problem of the exact algorithm and intelligent optimization algorithms.(3)The paper describes the theoretical basis of the genetic algorithm, and then described in detail the elements of the genetic algorithm and the application process from the standpoint of the encoding method, genetic operator, the angle of the legality of repair.(4)The paper presented the basic assumptions, parametric definition, mathematical model and algorithm research methods of the Multi-production vehicle routing problem .Also then I proposed the supply-need-matching-algorithm used to solve encoding problem of the Multi-production-vehicle-routing-problem. Moreover, a heuristic insertion algorithm proposed to solve mutation operator problem of the Multi-production-vehicle-routing-problem. Finally, the algorithm flow chart of the Multi-production-vehicle-routing-problem was drew.
