In the recent years, the e-commerce industry has gotten a very rapid development in China. In the following five-years-plan document ,the government has proposed to develop China's e-commerce industry strongly.Many e-commerce companies have mushroomed in China, and there has been up to one hundred e-commerce companies in this market.But in the current situation, only the e-commerce companies which can strive to become the industry's the top one ,two or three may get profit from the business.So there are fierce competition among enterprises in the e-commerce industry. In order to enhance their competitiveness, brand recognition and customer loyalty, making customers to buy the products and repeat their purchasing behaviour, many e-commerce enterprises has been focused on improving the online store's products' quality, service's quality and customer's satisfaction. Many e-commerce companies have implemented a series of networks the project to achieve these objectives.In the first part of the paper, through the research of the e-commerce service quality and the influential factors of loyalty from the literature , I summarized and promoted a set of evaluation index system that affect the implementation of the network promotion projects . In the second part,firstly ,I collect the 10 network promotion projects from three B2C e-commerce businesses which is called Taobao, Jingdong and Dangdang, secondly, I analyse the implementation means of the these network promotion project and the customer's needs and weight,and lastly, I analyse the priority of the implementation measures with the index system and compare the advantages and disadvantages of e-business promotion networks' project implementation measures.In the last part ,I develop a network promotion project's implementation process using Six Sigma methods and the DMAIC tools .And I hope that the research can support and guide the theoretical or practical research of the implementation of the network promotion project in the future . |
