| With the development of global market economy, the enterprise group start to emerge,also with the trend of globalization, more and more people start to study the related organization, financial structure to make them cooperate more effectively with the multi-culture and globalized economy. To explore how to establish a scientific, rational and effective enterprise financial management system is especially important for the fierce competition.In this thesis, it has adopts the international management science theory together with the real case study about H Group, it uses the methods of literature review, theoretical research and case study learn to analyze the financial control of H Group, and made the proposal for corresponding improvements, this is a good reference for H Group to improve its financial management.This thesis uses deductive method for illustrate its logic, first, it gives a general review of the financial control management of enterprises group both domestic and abroad, as well as research approaches and methods the thesis adopts. Second, it clarify the related basic theory of enterprise group financial control management. After that, this thesis also analyzes the current situation of Chinese financial control management with the previous theory, and points out the problems. Finally, this thesis studies the cases of H Group, raised some questions, and makes the analysis and provides the relevant solutions. The thesis makes a research about the current financial control management of H Group, then it will focus on the headquarters localization, the financial control target, and summarized the problem and provided solutions according to its analysis, it makes relevant suggestions in improve on 6 aspects for H Group, such as: the financial employee management, the centralized capital management, budget and performance management, investment and financing management, informational financial, management, internal control and risk management. |
