The Application Of Project Quality Management In The Network Performance Index Monitoring

Quality management is a fundamental sustainable development of enterprises. For communication operators to provide excellent network quality and improve perception of user is one of the means of developing customer. Network performance index monitoring as an important means of quality control and the results will directly affect the network quality. How to use a more scientific tools and instruments to solve the dynamic monitoring has become a priority.Firstly this paper introduces the concept of quality management, the classification of network performance index, the monitoring model at this stage and analysis the drawbacks. On this basis, put forward quality improvement goals and then analysis in detail on it of various schemes. Finally this paper use of confidence interval bandwidth with ARIMA model solution method and established a "dynamic monitoring of network performance graphical test system" to achieve control of the graphical experimental display and other functions.The research made a good attempt and exploration on refining of monitoring index for Shanghai Mobile Communication and provided reference on other telecommunications-related fields for refinement of monitoring index.
