The Research Of The Relationship Of Corporate Social Responsibility And Environment Sustain Development In The State-owned Chemical Enterprise

The survival and development is inseparable from the social stability andenvironment sustainable development. Stability and sustainable development ofthe social environment is the basis of sustainable development. Chinesestate-owned chemical companies as more users of resources, commitment to thetask of national economic development at the same time, the need to assume andfulfill the social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility is mainly toprovide better service for the community and to improve the social environmentmade the best possible contribution. On one hand, social responsibility isembodied in the fundamental guarantee of corporate survival; other aspects ofenterprise social responsibility under the premise of its existence, to better reflect their own and the sustainable development of society. The state-ownedchemical enterprises should become a positive role model to fulfill their socialresponsibilities, actively promote their own and society, environment sustaindevelopment and promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society inChina. This paper selects the state-owned chemical company as the studysample, by introducing their own services in state-owned chemical status ofcorporate social responsibility, to explore the social responsibility of thestate-owned chemical companies on the basis of analysis of the basic theory ofcorporate social responsibility and environment sustainable development, anddeparture in order to focus on analysis of corporate social responsibility status,problems, causes, and put forward improvement suggestions and innovativeideas.The paper is divided into six parts: The first part is an introduction. Clarifythe background and significance of the topics of research in this article, finishingan overview of the research at home and abroad, of the research ideas andresearch methods. The second part discusses the state-owned chemicalcompanies' social responsibility and environment sustainable development.Described the basic theory of social responsibility in China's state-ownedchemical companies, parsing the meaning and requirements of environmentsustainable development, and that the positive significance of state-ownedchemical companies to be socially responsible. The third part of the corechapters of this article, made an analysis of state-owned chemical enterprise social responsibility to fulfill and environment sustainable development ofdeviation from the corporate social responsibility awareness of theimplementation process in a positive assessment of the state-owned chemicalenterprise social responsibility and achieved certain results, the system andregulations are maturing at the same time, focusing on analysis, found the cause.In the sixth part, the recommendation of social responsibility of the state-ownedchemical companies to fulfill is promoted. Explore government guidance reflectthe environmental sustainability, social responsibility of state-owned chemicalcompanies innovative, state-owned enterprises as the main Trinity linkage modelof social participation, and give full play to the initiative of the state-ownedchemical companies to jointly promote the construction of state-ownedcorporate social responsibility to ensure that social harmonious society andsustainable development.
