Based On The Internal Control Study Of Risk Management System Of Mengniu Group

Begining from the development of internal control and risk management theories, this paper conducts comparative analyses of the relationship between the two subjects, and concludes that the risk management evolves from the internal control and an excellent internal control is the foundation and guarantee of risk management. This paper mainly introduces the ideas and procedures of building up an internal control-based comprehensive risk management system in a conglomerate, and it also proposes the logic of establishing a risk management system in a conglomerate: from simple to complicated, from inside to outside: firstly, making effective internal control management regulations and procedures within the enterprise; secondly, considering the business contexts and various risk factors to proceed and establish the comprehensive risk management system finally.This paper takes Meng niu Group's risk management system as research target, analyzes the current situation of risk management in Mengniu Group, and also points out the shortcomings of the system. It also describes the idea evolvement and steps of establishing Mengniu Group's modern risk management system. The research brings forward the idea of integrating the financial management system, internal control system and effective risk management together as a whole group risk management system. The author hopes to provide a theoretical support and best practices for the establishment of conglomerate's internal control system and risk management system.
