Market-based SMEs Financing Capacity Of SMEs In China Influencing Factors

Both in developed and developing countries,SMEs are an important pillar of the national economy.. In economic life,China's SMEs gradually occupy an important position. Although SMEs make a significant contribution to our building, but the really problem of financing has been plagued the development of SMEs. How to improve the financing capacity of SMEs as been a hot topic in academics. Analysis the factors of affecting the financing capacity of SMEs,than identify the causes of SME financing. Enhance the SME financing ability can enable China's economic development and make greater contribution. In this context, the study of the financing capacity of SMEs is important.This financing structure based on the traditional theory, the structure of modern finance theory and the new financing structure theory. Thesis is based on 2008-2010 GEM for the study sample.For external sources, the source of financing and other factors in terms of three factors.This paper estamblish a mathematical mode,and use the statistical software on the factors affecting executive pay for empirical research. Empirical results:firm size, the relationship between banks and SME, the competitiveness of the enterprises themselves, the exact nature of business, business operations, enterprise profitability, ability to withstand risk, their own levels of accumulation, business growth through significant proposals. The enterprise product unique, non-debt tax shield on corporate financing capacity of SMEs has no significant effect. In the empirical results obtained, the results of this paper, empirical analysis, the reasons for the low capacity of SME financing, proposed four strategies to enhance the capacity of SME financing.
