As a professional organization which provides expenditure credit to the clients, the consumer finance company has been active for more than 400 years in the western history. And the development for consumer finance companies in China has just begun with its childhood. July 2009, the CBRC promulgated the "Measures for the Administration Pilot Consumer Finance Companies", the specialized consumer finance company before getting into the vision of residents, the rapid development of its business, that consumer banking in China has broad prospects for development.Currently, consumer finance company has just started some experimental units, these units only been set up in the relatively developed economy and relatively strong consumer willingness region. It can be convinced that the companies will seize market opportunities and promote the healthy development of the domestic consumer finance market for the industry and establish a good model under the proper regulatory guidance.In this paper, based on the established background of the macroeconomic environment in China, the integrated use of new economic growth theory, the use of regression analysis on the impact of various macroeconomic factors, consumer finance and make a thorough and objective of the specific analysis. Secondly, through the development process of China's consumer finance explained, leads to consumer finance companies in China's development status, and then analyzes the relevant stakeholders and will impact society.
