It is an important means of sustainable development.Based on modern supply chain management theory and BPR theory, this dissertation will use JIT theory, Milk Run theory and Electronic supply chain management theory to rebuild the internal supply chain process of YAMAHA, in order to reduce the cost and improve the company's operating efficiency. By means of internal situation analysis of the supply chain management, this dissertation will find out the existing problems, and according to its development target which is to cut cost and increase profits on the basis of improving quality,production efficiency and on-time delivery,then to put forward specific improvement methods and measures.This dissertation mainly discusses improvement methods of the management mode of internal supply chain, and the way how to establish the scientific and reasonable system of electronic supply chain management that based on JIT and Milk Run transportation mode. This dissertation puts forward the optimization principles of management method implementation, internal production and order management strategy, the classification methods of supplier management,. This dissertation creates JIT purchasing patterns and Milk Run transportation mode for YAMAHA company, and makes the design of electronic supply chain management system and process optimization.Through the study, this dissertation provides the ideas and methods to further strengthen and improve the internal supply chain management level for YAMAHA company, helps YAMAHA to reduce cost and increase profit. |
