I work in the Fadie commercial consult company.I am a consultant.My company assist many landed property developing company to develop,research, management, sale shops.I found we met the familiar problem in the different items.How to make the marketing position, how to make let,how to take the investment back.So I want to find the common answer.The victory plaza is the typical item.it can be seen a model.I divided the developing course into 5 different periods according the time schedule in victory plaza history.They are the preparation period, union management period, marketing controlling period, enhancement period,stable developing period. I make a problem list for all the periods,and try to analysis and find the resolving methods in every periods.According to the describing,the result can be obtained. The shopping mall have four essential items environment, supplier, customer, compete. The shopping mall must have some tactics in every field. I got the achievement points from the above analysis. It means: there is a enough requirement in the local market;there is a very accurate marketing position; the company must have abundant strength, determination of engaging in this field permanently; the company must have the ability of market promoting; the company must have the idea of service for the consumer.
