Of Mudanjiang Logistics Center Development Strategy Research

Logistics industry is developing with the development of the world economy and technology .Today, the logistics industry has become the leading industry of national economy, international logistics has formed the structure of specialization, information and globalization .With the deepening of the economic restructuring, the opening of the domestic market, the current situation of the development , the development of China's logistics industry is growing vigorously. At present, the logistics industry has formed the situation of the tripartite confrontation of the state-owned logistics enterprises, large private logistics enterprise, multinational logistics enterprise. A cloud of smoke floated over the battlefield of the logistics markets, that is to say the situation of the logistics market is the worst commercial competition. Although the Chinese government has tilted in policy, the survival and the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are worrying. It has become China's logistics industry research topic to discuss the survival and the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, it has profound social importance to promote the reality of the development of the small and medium-sized logistics industry.First this paper stated the analysis tools using in this paper simply after introducing the related research background, significance, content, method, domestic and foreign research status briefly, then this paper introduced the main body part--- the research of the development strategy of-Mudanjiang Logistics Center.In the main body part, first ,this paper introduced the situation of the development and existing problems of Mudanjiang Logistics Center; due to a lack of strategic guidance, the corresponding problems are existing in the enterprise in human resources management and the construction of information system.Second, this paper did a more detailed analysis of the inside and outside environment to Mudanjiang Logistics Center, then it obtained related analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the development, and it gave the clear direction of the development of the enterprise. Through the scientific analysis; this paper established the overall target of the development of the Mudanjiang Logistics Center, and constructed the concrete goals, and then stated the specific task and safeguard measure to realize the target.Finally, this paper drew the conclusion: small and medium-sized logistics enterprises must know how to construct the development strategy and increase market shares. In the end, this paper also discussed deeply the significance of the research.
