Research On New Farmer Cooperative Under The Background Of Rural Transformation

This paper firstly analyzes research background and significance of new type peasant cooperation organization and sums up relevant theoretical achievements; then reviews developmental history of China new rural cooperatives and discusses its origin since reform and opening-up; next analyzes connotation, traits and developing actuality of new peasant cooperatives and discusses its problems on its basis; finally brings up thoughts and strategy of new peasant cooperatives development.The conclusions about this paper:Ⅰ. Chinese peasant cooperative economic organization has gone through the following periods:peasant associations before liberation, traditional peasant cooperatives, the people's commune and new peasant cooperatives.Ⅱ. Main features of new peasant cooperatives:follow market economic rule; clearly established ownership; democratic management and free flow of into or out; internal consistency and harmony between investor and beneficiary.Ⅲ. Main problems of Chinese new peasant cooperatives during the development: imbalance between region and industry; lack of government guidance and support; defective about organization administrative system; overstaffed under low efficiency; miniature and lack of complete organizing system; fund shortage and external environment is limited.Ⅳ.
