Employee job satisfaction has long been the focus of concern for both scholars and entrepreneurs. Large quantities of researches on the concept, construction, cause and effect of employee job satisfaction have received numerous results.Combined with interviews, we exert this survey on team members' employee job satisfaction in SZLT Company, in order to get an overall view of current situation of team management.After statistical analysis, we come to a conclusion that the overall judgment of team operating situation is good, shared mental model tops team identification and job satisfaction. Employees of different gender, marital status, managerial level share similar view of team operating situation in SZLT Company, but employees of different education background and technical posts hold different views. Shared mental model is a strong predictor of employee job satisfaction.
