With the improvement of agricultural productivity and the widening gap between urban and rural areas,coupled with the acceleration of urbanization, more and more rural women realize the transfer.Some of them through into non-agricultural industries achieve professional transfer,meanwhile,some because of the urbanization to realize the transfer.However, we have to admit, in the process of transfer of migrant workers, the number of women. the women's transfer speed are lagging behind the male labor force.
