With the improvement of agricultural productivity and the widening gap between urban and rural areas,coupled with the acceleration of urbanization, more and more rural women realize the transfer.Some of them through into non-agricultural industries achieve professional transfer,meanwhile,some because of the urbanization to realize the transfer.However, we have to admit, in the process of transfer of migrant workers, the number of women. the women's transfer speed are lagging behind the male labor force. In recent years, the government, academics have given a considerable degree of attention to the migrant workers, yet they don't take rural women as an independent power.The transfer of rural women has a great significance to improving womenstatus, constructioning the new countryside, establishment of well-off society, so we need to study the transfer of rural women.Firstly,the paper reviewed the labor transfer therories,in the second part we defined the concepts of the rural labor and the rural labor transfer, make the readers have a certain understanding.in the third part,the paper reviewed the history of the labor transfer in china,let the readers know the overall environment.the part4,We give a brief introduction about FuLing district,including geographical location, the total population, agricultural economic situation, the labor force transferand so on,and in the fifth part, we analyze the obstacles from three aspects,the rural women herself.the labor market.the other support system.encountered during the process of transfer,finally,proposed the measures such as to develop the international export of labor service.increase the investment of the rural education.change the status of the rural women in informal employment and so on for the relevant departments hope to provide some policy recommendations.
