Zhenjiang city, as an important city of developing international service outsourcing of china, which more than half of the amount of outsourcing implementation are international service outsourcing, so the study how to undertaking international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things can help Zhenjiang occupy a certain market in the market of the international service outsourcing in the future. And this paper will study on the strategies and countermeasures for Zhenjiang to develop international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things.This paper comprehensively analyze the background and significance of developing the international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things, then review the related literature. Then this essay gives a brief description of the theory of international service outsourcing, defines the related concepts, analyzes the impacts of the internet of things on the international service outsourcing and establishes the theoretical basis of this article.Secondly, this paper analyzes the strengths, weakness, opportunities and challenges for Zhenjiang to undertake the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things with the SWOT method. And then analyzes the SWOT matrix using the SEOT-CLPV method. All this can act as a basis to selecting strategies for Zhenjiang to develop the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things.Finally, this paper selects the WO strategies to help Zhenjiang city develop the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things.
