Generally speaking, standard restriction becomes a main obstacle that China's agricultural products encounter. Thus, it is a top priority that we shall analyze the differences of agricultural products at home and abroad and work out the countermeasures to the standards restriction for the agricultural product export.The article introduces the system structure, characteristics, generation causes, influence and the mechanism of action of standard restrictions, then combining with the status of China's agricultural product export and the problems, analyze the causes that China's agricultural products export encounter standard restriction. From the standard system of China and Japan, find the problems of China's agricultural standards system and the reasons for it. Based on China's agricultural products export to Japan, empirically analyze the specific influence degree of standards restriction on China's agricultural product export, which shows that standards restriction has obvious negative effect on China's agricultural product export.Based on the above theory and empirical analysis, this article propose related countermeasures to deal with standard restriction, such as improve the standard system of agricultural products market, promote the implementation and supervision of standards system, change the mode of agricultural management, increase agricultural investment in science and technology, strengthen the international cooperation and use multilateral trade system. These measures will guide China agricultural product export to break through standard restriction and promote agriculture to develop fast and healthily.
