The Study On The Development Of Household Services In Yunnan Province

As an important branch of the service sector, household services develops along with economic development and improved living standards. It plays an important role in the field of improving the quality of life, employment increase and social sustainable development. The development level of household services industry is am important indicator of measuring a country's economy from industrial-based economy to service-based economy, hence all levels of government and scholars have been attaching importance to it.Household services has made a rapid development in the context of market economy growth and increasing demand on it, and it in the meantime becomes more and more diversified and personalized. However, at the same time, a variety of problems have emerged in the development process, many of which become the bottleneck of the development of household services organizations, and some even haunt the whole industry. These problems have hindered the development of these organizations, and disrupting the market order. As first-line employees, service workers are also influenced by these factors. All these negative factors will act on the consumption on household services, and then form a negative feedback effect. Household services organizations, domestic workers and consumers have become an important component in household services industry, therefore the study on the problems raised and the satisfaction of workers and consumers has an great significance.This paper, base on service marketing theory and statistics, has an empirical study of Yunnan household services. By surveying the consumers, household services organizations and service workers in Kunming, Lincang, Pu'er, respectively, this paper identifies the important factors which effects consumer's satisfaction and the job satisfaction of domestic workers, and classifies the managing difficulties organizations facing and factors affecting the development of this whole industry, and in the end some suggestions which could promote the development of Yunnan household services are proposed.
