Research On The Profit Models Of The Fourth Party Logistics In China

With the development of Internet and e-commerce, customers'demands are more and more diversified and complicated, which makes every supply chain enterprise to integrate resources internally and expand external. The fourth party logistics was born at right time. The development of modern logistics industry is brought by the rise of fourth party logistics, which reduced costs and improved efficiency. The discussion of the fourth party logistics enterprise becomes the focus of the research of the relevant theories. It is significant for the fourth party logistics enterprise to seek a profit mode to suit our country's conditions, and realize the economic interests. It is also good for the development of the whole supply chain.In the beginning of this dissertation, it introduced some basic theories, including the meaning, the cause and the present situation of the fourth party logistics, the relationship between the fourth party logistics and third-party logistics, the connotation of profits mode of the fourth party logistics. Then through the discussion of SWOT analysis of the fourth party logistics enterprises with our country's present situation, this dissertation analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the fourth party logistics enterprise in detail, and concluded the main source of profit of the fourth party logistics enterprises. Third, the paper analyzed and compared the fourth party logistics enterprise's profit mode of our country, there are supply chain integration model, information sharing model and value-added services model, and put forward the corresponding operation mode, there are integrated operation mode,strategic alliance operation mode and innovation operation mode. Focus on the discussion of the way to choose the corporate profits model of the fourth party logistics. Last, with Bao Gong Logistics Group's case, it is referenced for enterprise to choose a more appropriate profits model.
