With the globalization of knowledge and innovation, the integration of world economy, the market environment that organizations facing is increasingly fierce, human resources as the organization's core competencies, receiving more and more attention. If organizations want to adapt to the development and changes of the external environment, they need the leader of organization implement the transformational leadership behavior, through the establishment of good relations between leaders and members to enhance organizational competitiveness.For the relationships between staff of the organization, what kind of leadership behavior can increase employee's job satisfaction and thus enhance the competitiveness of the organization, becoming the focus of academia and the business community. However, there are very little research on the mechanism of transformational leadership behavior's different dimensions and job satisfaction of action, that is about how transformational leadership behavior to act on job satisfaction, Wang Hui (2005) suggested that leader-member exchange may be regard as the important mechanism mediating variables between transformational leadership and some result variables, but it was only theoretical overview, and it was lack of corresponding empirical studies.Based on the above considerations, on the basis of valid questionnaires from dozens of enterprises in the auto industry, through factor analyze, this paper analyses the relationship between leadership style, leader-member exchange and job satisfaction in Chinese background.The results show that, transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction through acting on leader-member exchange and its dimensions, and leader-member exchange plays the intermediary role in this process.The results are shown as follows:①The transformational leadership behavior including four dimensions under the background of Chinese culture, there are virtue demonstration, vision incentive, individualized consideration and charisma or idealized influence; and the leader-member exchange including four dimensions too, there are affect, loyalty, contribution and professional respect. ②The transformational leadership and its dimensions has a positive effect on job satisfaction.③The transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction through acting on leader-member exchange and its dimensions, and leader-member exchange plays the intermediary role in this process.
