In the case part, it introduces the overall situation and recent development strategy of A Rice Co., Ltd., and it also describes the difficulties and strategy adjustment when A Rice Co., Ltd. faces to domestic grain markets. In the case analysis part, it adopts PEST analysis method and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the macroscopic environment and market competition status, and it also adopts SWOT method and strategic position-action evaluation matrix analysis method to analyze the deficiency of recent strategy. It makes sure the development orientation of A Rice Co., Ltd.. This thesis ensures the mission and strategic object of A company, and concretely analyzes the development strategy from company level and function level respectively. Furthermore, it presents the strategy sustaining system and strategy guarantee measure correspondingly.
