This paper from the distribution channels and distribution channel management of M electrical appliances Co. LTD, researched and analysed the channel members and management problems of the channel conflict of M electrical appliances Co. LTD, analysed and discussed the distribution channel management in the specific problem faced. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter summarized distribution channels, PEST macro analysis, the theoretical basis of SWOT. The second chapter analysed in detail the situation of distribution channels and the existing problems in the management of M electrical appliances Co. LTD. In The third chapter made an objective analysis the marketing environment of M electrical appliances Co. LTD using PEST, SWOT analysis method. The fourth chapter discussed in detail the research status and household appliances enterprise typical channel mode nationally and internationally and gained enlightenment from a few home appliance enterprise distribution channel strategy. The fifth chapter put forward the improvement related countermeasures to distribution channel strategy of M electrical appliances Co., LTD.The aim of this paper researched the distribution channel management mode of M electrical appliances Co. LTD and put forward some problems of the channel management. We proposed a set of effective distribution channel management and innovation development planning of M appliance Co. LTD through analysis of the marketing environment and using systematic distribution channels theory. Company product distribution channel mode and management innovation were adjustments and programming on the basis of full integration enterprise resources, forming the core competitiveness and strategic competitive advantage of the distribution channel resources, realized enterprise healthy, stable and sustainable development.
