Accounting Information Processing And Utilization Of Capacity Building Studies

The competition in Information Age is unusual sharpness, the enterprise information construction and the rational development and utilization of information resources are of great significance on enterprise itself to adapt to the changeable market demand, grasp the business opportunities promptly, raise scientific decision-making level, and avoid risks effectively and so on. The effective use of accounting information is the basic guarantee of the enterprise scientific decision-making; having comprehensive control of the information is the powerful guarantee of the enterprise timely grasps the business opportunities; the full utilization of the accounting information is the key of the enterprise to avoid risks. In the information background, how to utilize the accounting information resources and how to explore the accounting information resources serve for enterprise's operating management is becoming a new hot spot which modern enterprise have to concern about. Accounting information collection, utilization and processing capacity will also become the key competency of building its own core competition.This paper mainly studied the problem of how to improve the enterprise's accounting information utilization and processing ability under the information background. Based on the study of relevant theories and research achievements at home and abroad, and combined with the enterprise information background and ERP application in our country, this paper first illuminated some existing problems in the accounting information process from the point of the accounting information use, such as low information utilization, only emphasize the financial information and neglect the business information, non-financial information use less, etc. Meanwhile, this paper also has pointed out some existing issues from the angle of accounting information processing, of which low level of information technology application, low investment efficiency and narrow development coverage are not the least. Then, this paper further analyzed the main reasons, which caused all above problems, respectively from the view of the information literacy of staff, the characteristics of different types of information, the development processing power of information, the management planning of information and so on. At last, this paper has proposed some suggestions and solutions to improve on the use and disposal of information, such as setting up the business management analysis system, using the data excavation technology to handle information, allowing the finance and business operated harmoniously, integrating the financial information and the non-financial information reasonably, processing and using the non-financial information adequately, etc. This paper has also provided a virtual case application analysis and hopes to offer a referenced application scenario for the research of modern enterprise's information processing and utilization.
