Designing Of Internal Control Evaluation System For A Petrochemical Enterprise

Responding to a series of corporate scandals, people pay more and more attention to the internal control. In recent years, the theory and practice of the internal control got considerable development. A lot of enterprises have designed and executed the internal control. The evaluation of internal control is an important part of internal control.So it is significant to set up and perfect a scientific and efficient internal control system for a company to improve the development of internal control and its management and efficiency.This thesis has A petrochemical enterprise as the analysis objective. Firstly, I mainly introduce the relevant concepts and the development of internal control and its evaluation. This thesis explores the basic elements of internal control evaluation system, the evaluation entity, evaluation method, evaluation standard, evaluation model in details. And then, I discuss the current situation and problems of A petrochemical enterprise internal control and its evaluation, give some useful suggestions. After the analysis of theories about internal control evaluation, this thesis explores the designing of internal control evaluation system for A petrochemical enterprise. This thesis establishes a system of internal control evaluation by using level of analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
