Research On The Approaches Of Suppliers Selection Based On ANP And MOP Under The Supply Chain Environment

With the development of global economy, Enterprises often costs to increase the competitiveness of products in the market while they face the fierce market competition. To manufacturing industry, because the purchase cost has probably accounted for more than 50% of its cost of goods, the control on purchase cost of enterprises seems essential. With the development of supply chain management, the purchases which can not add value now have value-added ability. In supply chain, purchase system is the most important linkage, which is not only the sign to measure the level of supply chain management, but also is the most key factor to determine the competition capability of supply chain. Under supply chain management, the disadvantage of traditional purchase mode appears gradually, and the non-cooperation relation between vendors and buyers in traditional purchase system has greatly restricted the setup of supply chain and development of competences for the supply chain. Thus, the supplier's evaluation and order quantity allocation problem study for purchase system become important for both theoretical research and practical application.Vendors play an important role in achieving the objectives of supply management; vendors can enhance customer satisfaction in a value chain. On the basis of summarizing the researches on criteria and methods of vendor selection and relying on Multi-objective possibilistic linear programming (MOPLP) methodology, the problem of vendor selection and allocation of purchasing quantity is considered under imprecise demand, price and quality from the quantitative point of view in this paper.The main content of this paper can be described as follow:(1) According to the principle of the index system of supplier evaluation, the system including management, technical, operational, fixed cost and variable cost criteria is established based on survey and experts'opinions. We apply ANP method to get the suppliers rating.(2) Firstly, introducing multi-objective possibilistic linear programming methodology. Then we develop a multi-objective possibilistic linear programming model with fuzzy coefficients including price, quality and demand. At last, we apply max-min operator and two-phased method to solve this model. (3) Based on ANP and multi-objective possibilistic linear programming methodology, a numerical example has been given for testing the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and verifying the practical value.
