Human resource is one of the core resources of enterprises. Sustainable competitiveness could be kept when humans acquire all the factors for developments such as knowledge, technology, fund, resource, information, regime, environment and policy. Human resource, enjoying the incomparable creativity and exploitability, determines the degree of what other resources could exploit and make use of. As the most active factor of production in a market economy, human resource has an ever-increasing mobility. The loss of talents brings significant negative impacts to enterprises:not only direct and indirect economic losses, but also low staff morale that impacts the stability and continuity for an enterprise to develop. How to keep and make use of talents has become an urgent task for human resource management. The major goal of this research is to find the relationships among leadership behavior, job satisfaction and turnover intention in SG Corporation. Research in this paper is carried out by way of analysis that is conducted based on qualified questionnaires collected from SG's staff. Results show that both solicitude-support and authority leadership behaviors could positively influence job satisfaction at various levels while negative leadership behaviors could have an negative effect on job satisfaction and, job satisfaction has negative impacts on turnover intention. For this reason, it is suggested that solicitude-support leadership behavior that is supplemented by authority leadership behavior should be employed and negative leadership should be avoided. Moreover, leaders should give necessary assistance in staffs life and inspire them to actively take part in company management. Two-way communication system should be established in order to promote positive interaction among staff, thus creating a good team. Leaders should pay attention to continuous learning and adjust leadership behaviors based on active conditions. In addition, they should give respect to and make necessary praise to staff and provide them with growing opportunities. All the above measures are beneficial to enhancing staff's job satisfaction and relieving turnover intention.
