Salary is related to each employee's interests, salary administration is one of the important daily management. If the company manages salary scientifically, this will promote the staffs working enthusiasm and fully improve operational efficiency of the organization. So, the salary administration has far-reaching practical significance.In recent years, many scholars and experts in domestic and other countries research on salary administration, and invented various tools of salary administration, we have made fruitful achievement. However, only a fraction of them focus on salary administration in decoration companies, combined with our national conditions and characteristics of interior decoration business, the thesis author has pointed out the defects and short-comings, but few have given the solutions.Based on the analysis of current situation of decorating companies, this thesis points out the problems hidden in the salary administration. On the basis of the management experience from abroad and combined with the domestic interior decoration business, this thesis proposes some countermeasures and suggestions. In addition, this thesis specifically points out that the salary system of domestic decoration business is not standard, the companies lack pay equity and consistency, staff-level sequence is unclear, so this thesis raised some resolving plans for the salary administration. |
