In the process of operation in the bank, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operation risk, legal risks etc. always exist in every time and everywhere. Risk management level will decide the bank's existence. By the relative corporations which are group-oriented, China's economy development rapidly, therefore, group customers which have large scale, moderate development act leading role in the market, and with huge capital and customer resource, they become important customers to banks.However, with the asset group clients in enlarging scale, and group bring rich clients to bank interests, but also brings more hidden credit business risk.The problem of information asymmetry between Banks and borrowers is a long-term existing question in credit fields. Banks often though credit and enterprise scale as a credit risk control criteria to judge the whole group, thus tends to overall credit for group, and eventually lead to credit risk concentration and credit market segmentation. There are some differences between group customers and single customer, and because internal share, complicated holding relationship and related transaction exist in group customer, groups always have low information transparency, which causes that banks have low risk control ability with traditional Credit risk assessment systems, then credit risk may further rise.This paper will research credit risk problems taking bank A as an example, and the research will be meaningful in credit risk assessment systems. The Paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background of this study significance, research situation and research method. The second part is to study the theory, the theory of credit risk compared of further research. In the third part of the risk of the client group to do A detailed analysis, and with A bank customer group, the group for example expounds the business bank of our country at present the client group of credit risk management present situation. The fourth part mainly discusses bank group clients, the causes of formation of credit risk from customers, bank of internal, social environment analysis of several aspects. The fifth part puts forward corresponding to perfect measures the bank credit risk management group clients. This paper on the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the practical work experience, with A bank and DL group for case, the group clients of commercial Banks in China are detailed analysis. Put the body from the commercial Banks in China can be summed up in the customer management group, the main problems existing in three aspects:the customer, the credibility of the credit, and commercial Banks internal processes and personnel quality, many Banks in big customer for the cause credit and circulation credit. For the three aspects of the problem, this paper argues that in reference to domestic and foreign advanced experience, and on the basis of the bank's internal and social environment from two aspects, the first improvement of the credit flow, to regulate the bank loan review before, the loan management, improve the quality of the staff after the bank's risk, improve the prevention capacity. From external environment, regulators should fully play their part, strengthen management, building the commercial Banks to share information between the platform, common maintenance group customer credit environment of the healthy and orderly development. This paper hope play a role through the brief analysis to the bank, credit risk management system consummation.
