Application Study Of Quality Management In Manufacturing Process Development For A Company

With the increasing domestic market, consumers requires better and better quality, product quality level is becoming more and more important factor to the success in automotive industry in the competitive environment. A company is at the relatively lower level in terms of quality comparing to competitors, so it is facing lots of challenges in the market competition. For A company, the current major issue is how to gain competition advantage through quality improvement.Manufacturing process is the major contributor for quality problems in A company. Hereafter we focus on the improvement for new project manufacturing process development, applying the theories in project management, organizational behavior, quality system, Total Quality Management, and quality tools, from the perspective of preventive control, analyzed the problems occurred during manufacturing process development in A company, come up with proposals to solve those problems. We are trying to find a break through methodology in quality improvement, through improving quality management in manufacturing process development.
