Human resources is most important resource in 21 century, he is the primary organizational units of the dynamic resources, human resources management in various companies in the rising status. China's corporate human resource management despite experiencing the reform and restructuring, especially after the WTO entry have been greatly improved, but there are still many problems. Human resource management outsourcing to solve some of these issues is an effective way.
