Psychological contract breach occurs when an employee feels that the organization has failed to deliver satisfactorily on its promises. It has been indicated by some research that psychological contract breach not only affects the occurrence of organizational citizenship behavior, but also leads to revenge the organization with negative workplace deviance behavior by the employees, which causes the property and image loss to the organization. It shows that, with the promotion of organizational justice on employees, the inclination to negative behaviors caused by psychological contract breach can be weakened. The research here by approaches the impact on workplace deviance behavior by employees'psychological contract breach under Chinese situation from the aspects of employees and regulatory effect by organizational justice in it.The research here brings up some theoretical model and theoretical hypothesis based on archieves. By using maturity scale,252 employees from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai Provinces in different age levels, business scale and business style contribute the data via questionaire of psychological contract breach, workplace deviance behavior and organizational justice. The data analysis result is come from SPSS 19.0 and AMOS software. The conclusion of this research is that psychological contract breach and its each dimension have obvious impact on workplace deviance behavior; psychological contract breach has obvious impact on interpersonal deviance behavior and organizational deviance behavior, meanwhile the anticipation and interpretive effects of interpersonal deviance behavior is better than organizational deviance behavior; with the improvement of organizational justice from the employees, the deviance behavior caused by psychological contract breach could be weakened. This thesis brings forward the suggestions on organizational management in three aspects and futhure reasearch forcast based on the human resource management on each stages together this research conclucions.
