The Research And Empirical Analysis On Climate Index Of Regional SEMs

Since implementation of reforming and opening policies,SMEs in China achieved rapid development play an increasingly important role in national economic development.And they have made big contributions to employment, urban and rural economy, tax revenue, economic growth, technological innovation etc. However, in the process of development of Chinese SMEs, they have faced lots of development problems, such as, less supporting system to SMEs, highly regional imbalance of development and the lower industrial level.Therefore, it is particularly important that we should investigate and analyze the development of SMEs in different regions of China for long-term and in-depth.In order to reflect the development trend of SMEs in China timely and efficiently, the thesis presents climate index evaluation system of SMEs. And it calculates the climate index of SMIEs based on data of Statistical Yearbook, Listed SMEs in board of Shenzhen Stock market, and SMEs based on questionnaire survey. Then it obtains the comprehensice climate index of SMEs in weighted the three indexes.The thesis analyzes the climate index of SMEs in diffirent China's provinces and regions systematically and comprehensively. On the one hand, we would have a more comprehensive discussion of the climate index of SMEs in China's provinces and regions through the time series analysis to understand change trend of the limate index of the different regional SMEs. On the other hand, the thesis studies the characteristics and diversities of the development of regional SMEs by comparing and analyzing their limate index, which provides suggestions for decision-making to promote the further development of china's SMEs.
