As a result, We should fully study and explore the composition of Confucian Economic Ethics with positive sense, through the development and transformation, integrate it to the socialist market economy and the construction of its system to orderly promote the Chinese characteristic socialist market economy healthy development.As a series of ethical principles and norms to rule and regulate people's behavior as well as relations in the process of economic activities, Economic Ethics plays an important in maintaining the economic order of harmonious stability and promoting the healthy development of economy.
