How much the expected value of audit risk is can be acceptable socially, there are no guidelines or the theoretical framework, which provide scientific basis to the desired level of audit risk. In addition, the impact factors of the article are mostly normative which did not provide experimental studies, and the specific judgments and decision making are not considered in the face of many objective and subjective factors influence. With the behavioral economics theory in gradual audit field introduced gradually, there have been many audit research results of behavior economics, especially the audit judgment research, but the level of acceptable aduit risk had not yet been relatedt in this area.Based on this situation, with the experimental method the author studies the auditor's assessment of expected audit risk: firstly, by the survey the author did a comprehensive analysis which weight every related factor, and then did experiment analysis to the result of the survey. The study shows that the evaluators consider the factor of management risk is the maximum.audit failures followed by adverse factors ,whether the audited entity influence of corrupt motive in the third row, auditors or accounting firms is minimum. In the uncertain environment, the level of expected audit risk in the previous year have anchoring to the expection of this year. The profitability of the firm and probility of suffering legal actions both have significant influence to the accessment. In comparison, if the profitability changed better than the last year, the auditors will raise the level based on the previous assessment . on the contrary, the auditors may have audit risk assessment level down. After auditting, if the probility of suffering legal action is bigger than last year, the auditors may make a lower level;.otherwise, the auditors may cut the level of this year down. Finally, with the experimental results, the author provides some relevant policy Suggestions.
