Tourists'satisfaction has become a hot spot in the study of scholars at home and abroad. Since the reform and opening up, with the economic and social development, and the national traditional festivals opening up, tourism has been an unprecedented development, the tourism industry has been begin to focus on the satisfaction of tourists. But the shopping, as one of the six elements which includes food, housing, transportation, travelling, shopping, entertainment, has been unable to synchronize the development of tourism, existing many problems such as the unqualified and high price, swindling, featureless and discipline-free. Domestic and foreign scholars had a lot of theoretical research on the economic phenomenon, but the domestic scholars is still not perfect on the research of tourists'shopping satisfaction, lack the research of subdivision variables. So based on the study of the scholars both at home and abroad, adding the subdivision variables 80 and the Wuxi area as an example, the writer analysis the "80"tourist shopping satisfaction in this paper.In this paper, the writer combs the literature of the traveling commodity,tourists shopping psychology and behavior,"80" visitor satisfaction and shopping satisfaction. And on the basis of the relevant literature, take Wuxi as example, the writer building the model of 80 tourists'shopping satisfaction and the initial evaluation system, and then collected the first-hand data through the network questionnaire and on-the-spot survey method, by means of the factor analysis, the variance analysis and regression analysis method to test and verify the model and the evaluation system. Finally arrive at the conclusions of this study: the key factors of influence "80" tourists shopping satisfaction is divided into five factors which includes the shopping atmosphere, basic shopping facilities, shopping convenience, product features and purchasing services; In addition, the tourists'gender, growth environment, level of education, monthly income etc have been influenced the shopping satisfaction of the "80" tourists. Finally based on the results of empirical analysis of "80" tourists shopping satisfaction, combined with the status of the tourism market in Wuxi area, the author provided some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and then indicate the innovation and the insignificance of this research.
