The New Cambridge School is one of the most important branches of the modernKeynesian.The thought of the new Cambridge school is based on Keynes"GeneralTheory of employment, interest, currency " and its core idea is the" General Theory ofsocial wealth and income of the uneven distribution of judgment."The New CambridgeSchool of economic growth and income distribution study on the proportion ofnational income in the economic growth, wages and profits.The New CambridgeSchool thought that the society should not exist the phenomenon of unevendistribution of wealth, the capitalist rentier class will eventually perish and the socialwealth will eventually achieve equalization.The new Cambridge school of economic growth and income distribution theoryhas a strong guiding significance to explain the expansion of China's income gap inChina.Over the past decade, China's economy has been a high-speed and stableposture forward the rapid development.However, compared to gratifying economicdevelopment China's income gap has continued to expand, China's economicdevelopment achievements did not enjoy all the people and only benefit to a smallnumber of rentier class.The residents of the labor compensation share of GDPdeclining wage share of national income is getting smaller and smaller," profits erosionwages "is more and more obvious.The theoretical basis to analyze the situation ofChina's income distribution, to identify the impact of China's widening income gapfactors, and then put forward policies and measures to address and improve thesituation of China's income gap is the purpose of this paper.This article is divided into five parts, respectively, from the new Cambridgeschool of income distribution theory, the income gap in China's current situation, the factors that affect income distribution in China and China's Widening Income Gapstrategies to measures on China's income distribution to analye and study.The first chapter is the introduction,Including the topics of the background,significance, literature review and so on.Overview the new Cambridge school incomedistribution theory as the theoretical basis of this writing, as well as the the reasons andsignificance for income distribution in China as the theme of the writing to this article.The second chapter describes the income distribution theory for the newCambridge school. This chapter generally described the of the Cambridge Schooland the basic theory of the new Cambridge school.The formation of the newCambridge school is divided into its historical background and theoretical origins.Themodels and theories of the new Cambridge school representatives formed the idea ofthe new Cambridge school.The third chapter introduces the status of China's income gap.Income Gap inChina including the Gini coefficient and labor compensation is too low,and wealthgathered to a few people.This chapter has some of the data to explain the status of theincome gap in China, a strong proof of China's income gap is too large the fact.China'sGini coefficient has been far more than the international warning line.China's workerswage share of GDP continued to decline.The fourth chapter is using the theoretical ideas of the new Cambridge schoolinterpretate the situation of China's income gap. The remainder of the allocation of thenew Cambridge school, the new Cambridge school derived from the relationshipbetween economic growth and income distribution,"poverty in the rich "and the newCambridge school advocates the distribution of national income is allocated betweenthe power of the social class, advocates of the new Cambridge school and the actualsituation in China is linked to explain the reasons for the Widening Income Gap inChina.The fifth chapter is to propose solutions measures the state of the widening gap ofincome distribution in China.These measures include promoting structural reform ofthe income distribution, the establishment of a reasonable wage increase mechanism, establish a reasonable fiscal policy and a sound social security system.Measuresproposed to address the gap between rich and poor expanded and the distribution ofChina improvements in the conditions.
