The Study On Enterprise Archives Constuction Of Information Resources Based On Knowledge Management

The business archive is a management agency for saving important information and resources of the companies. With the advent of the knowledge based economy era, the tremendous changing of the external environment and the intensity of market competition, companies thirst for knowledge and information has become stronger than any time before. In this context, business archive should use the resources and information they gathered to provide support to companies that have needs in term of knowledge. However, our business archive can't adapt to the development of this new era and faces difficulties due to the weak awareness of the construction of the information and resources in the traditional business archive management and lack of the conduct of construction model. In this case, how to construct the information and resources of the business archive and which kind of model to build turns into an important topic on the way of business archive development.The coming of the knowledge based economy makes more and more companies realize the importance of the knowledge and information. In this section, the author proposes the construction model based on knowledge management, enterprise archives information resources, and archival information resources within the enterprise and external information resources and tacit knowledge resources through the use of knowledge management theory of enterprise archivesmanagement process reengineering and innovation, and make management changes to the file for the management of knowledge and information to meet the knowledge and information needs of the enterprise.The fifth part focuses on the implementation of the advantages and benefits based on knowledge management, enterprise archives information resources construction, enterprises and enterprise archives.
