Job satisfaction is a hot topic of the enterprise management practice, and also is an important topic in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior. Its complex situation affecting employees'work behavior, it is a mirror of the enterprise management.This study, taking attribution theory as a starting theme, the job satisfaction for survey for content, using empirical research method discusses attribution characteristics and job satisfaction relationship. On the basis of literature review and theoretic analysis, this study puts forward research hypothesis, then through SPSS19.0software analyzing, this paper get following conclusions:First, consultting related literatures on attribution theory and job satisfaction, this paper puts forward one hypothesis that attribution characteristics influence job satisfaction.Second, factor analysis method is used to get capacity attribution characteristic, attitude attribution characteristics, luck attribution characteristics and condition attribution characteristics, and to get work itself, salary, opportunities and interpersonal relationship four dimensions building staff job satisfaction content. The reliability and validity of Self-Managed Teams Questionnaire are highly enough.Third, collecting data by questionnaire survey, using SPSS19.0statistical software, this study describe four attribution characteristics and job satisfaction by descriptive analysis, and analyses the relationship between them by related analysis and regression analysis.Forth, according to the conclusion, the study puts forward that enterprises should carry on staff personalized management.
