Research On Harmonious Society And Mode Of County Economy Development

County economy plays a fundamental role in our National economy. Its development is the direct platform to solve the issues pertinent to agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Although many counties find their suitable road of the wealthy in the past 30 years of Reform and Opening Up, still there are many other counties lagging behind for various reasons in the way to their well-off. Although researches are rich and wide on the development of county economy, but due to the different location and resources, each county has its peculiar economic development mode and path. Therefore county economic development should in accordance with its own regional and industrial characteristics. This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduced the paper's the research background, significance and literature review; The second chapter is bout the relevant concepts, theories and principles and evaluation standard of a harmonious society; The third chapter raises main problems existing in the development of county economy; In the fourth chapter I will take Tengzhou County as an example to discuss the difference between the harmonious development and its present economic development situation so as to get the countermeasures; The fifth chapter introduces the harmonious county economy mode and improve measures for TengZhou County.The conclusion is:Through investigation and research on the county economic development situation of Tengzhou County, combined with the latest statistics, this paper analyzes the existing problem in its economic development by comparison of its current economic development situation and the standard of a "harmonious society". Then put forward the goals and mode the Tengzhou County should follow under the guidance of harmonious economy, and points out the concrete measures for perfecting. There are widening inequalities, worsening ecological environment, industrial structure imbalance, system restriction, and management model restriction problems in Tengzhou County, which constrain is progress of harmonious society. Through some investigation and study, the optimized mode for Tengzhou County is:Under the guidance of "harmonious society" concept shape citizen consciousness; Pay attention to the relation between equity and efficiency to narrow the gap between rich and poor, to maintain social stability; Construct service oriented government to play an active role in its economy development; Advocate developing circular economy, adjustment of agriculture and rural economic structure, and optimize industrial structure, promote the construction of small towns. Through the policy and economic work gradually solving existing unharmonious factors and take coordinating relationship between human beings, nature and society as foothold, follow a scientific approach of development in order to better to build a harmonious society.This findings and innovation of this paper is:It is the key to found a harmonious society by properly balancing the interests of all quarters.
