With the development of banking information, the role of information technology have gradually develop from the business support to business integration, and become a bank's mainstay. of robust operation and development.Banking is highly dependent on information technology,and this makes the security, reliability and validity of information system is directly related to the security of the entire banking and financial system stability. IT audit can be achieved for internal control to control of the system, and it can help find the causes of vulnerability, which effectively control the risk of banks.In particular, to information systems of huge coverage and impact, the implementation of IT audit is the most effective way to control risk.IT audit is a reliable guarantee to enable the bank's information resources become the most valuable assets.This thesis starts with the basic theory of IT audit and COBIT standards,and analyze the IT audit status of China banking and IT internal audit issues of X bank,then explore the specific application methods of X Bank's IT internal audit based on COBIT.Meanwhile,in view of the practice and application of COBIT in China is still light,and COBIT Application exist the difficulty of the strong versatility and weak pertinency,this thesis put forward the method investigate of cutting 34 COBIT IT processes.On this basis,taking AI6 change management process audit as example,this thesis proposes a integral IT internal audit approach based on COBIT.Finally,this thesis look ahead the effect after Implementing the IT internal audit based on COBIT in X bank,and put forward the follow-up improvement recommendations with the mature application of IT internal audit of X bank based on COBIT.
