Enterprise Valuation Method Application And Comparative Studies

With the further scientificalization of the economic development, securities market discipline and corporate internal management, the researches on the enterprise value evaluation will have more application space and be more mature.Centering on the theory,application & elaborate of the methods of the research on the enterprise value evaluation.This paper reveals the underlying causes of the increase in price of the shares of Jiangsu Yueda Investment Co.,Ltd in spite of the general trend of recession.First,generaly introducing of the basic concepts of the research propositions in this paper, explaining what enterprise value and enterprise value evaluation are, elaborating the content and classification of the methods of the enterprise value evaluation, making a review of international research results and clearly defines the structural framework of this paper,describing the basic situation of the investigated enterprise, doing foreshadowing and providing conditions for the application of relevant methods; then presenting the definitions, models,comment,method application conditions of the evaluation method of discounted cash flow, the gray evaluation method,the difference profit between industry method,and evaluates the value of the investigated enterprise with relevant model, in which the difference profit between industry method is based on the other valuation method, proposed a new evaluation method, this method from the "personification" point of view understanding the enterprise,in this line of thought, the author believes that the corporate culture as a manifestation of soft power, has capacity creating value, the enterprise value of cultural values should be incorporated into business areas, the difference profit between industry method provides a method of choice;finally, analyzing the theoretical principles of methods, methods premise, the advantages, disadvantages and application scopes of the key methods, and then confirms the reasonableness of the calculation by comparing the calculations of the related evaluation methods; finally, Conclusion section makes a brief summary of this research, refines the innovations and makes a proper prospect.
