Entering into the new century, Chinese enterprises are facing more and more challenges, they must take an extensive investigation on the basic rules of the existing and development of the enterprises, thus it can have an unassailable position in the severe market competition. Whatever the state-owned enterprises or private enterprises, both of them are facing some same problems in regard to operation and development, specifically the corporate culture construction, which is the most important among these problems. In the new economic era, corporate culture has become an important factor for the victory of the company. Only strengthen the corporate culture construction that the company could develop continuously.The enterprise can be divided into state-owned enterprise and private enterprise according to different ownership structure. Because of the differences on the history background of the development, culture precipitation and the value orientation, thus form the different corporate cultures. In the past time, many enterprises, especially those private enterprises ignored the corporate culture construction, so they are lacking of excellent corporate culture. With regard to the nationalization reform of the private enterprise, there are problems of combination and integration of corporate culture between the state-owned enterprise and private enterprise due to the original management model of the private enterprise could not used to the development requirement of the state-owned enterprise in many aspects. So that it needs to re-adjust many aspects such as the corporate strategy, system construction and the personnel management, to establish a new corporate culture that combining the corporate culture of state-owned enterprise and private enterprise.This article takes one mining Co., Ltd (referring to Company A) as the example to analyze the current status and problems of corporate culture of company A, on the basis of elaborating the relevant theory of corporate culture. Building a set of basic ideas and content of corporation culture construction through combining with the situation of Company A, and then proposed some measurements for the corporate culture construction during the process of private enterprise nationalization reform from the spiritual, institutional and material perspectives. |
